Well, it depends on what you are doing.
Make sure you are eating breakfast. Food give you energy!
Cut on soda: If does give you a rush, but it gives you an even bigger crash.
Smoking: If you do smoke, cut down on that too. It wears you out.
Exercise even if you don't feel like it: Once you get up and moving, it's a 90% chance that your energy levels will boost because of your heart rate increasing! I was so tired one day and felt like a zombie. I had to go mow a HUGE lawn for a family member, so I did it myself and as fast as I could to get it done so I can go home and sleep...only thing is, I regained energy and didn't feel tired anymore...I felt GREAT!!!
Coffee: if you don't drink it already, I would try doing this for a quick "pick me up" for energy. Just make sure you are able to kick the habit of coffee later down the road, coffee can be deceiving...TRUST ME, I know! :)
