Good morning folks! If you have a local election, don't forget to vote!

Words of wisdom from my WW 3 month journal: "Our greatest glory is not i never failing but in rising every time we fall."

Speaking of which, I am set to get up off my butt and run/walk this morning. Walk 4 min, run 1 for 1 mile. I'd like to get it to be a mix of running and brisk walking. We'll see.

Did some weight training last night - arms - while watching the game. Am posting early so I don't know how it's going to turn out but so far seems like Yanks are not playing with their whole hearts. Maybe they are hoping to win the series in their home-town. But they shouldn't count on anything! Just get some runs boys!

I am off to another day of journaling and watching what I eat. I am going to play a little tennis tonight because someone called me to sub.. I am planning to make WW sweeet and sour pork tonight. Very Good.

Good morning everyone -

Kick butt - I wish you lived closer to me and could actually drag me out by my hair for walking - I'm not sure about the running or jogging yet - I haven't attempted either for many years and I am actually feeling afraid and panic when I think of trying - Dumb I know but it's a hurdle I have to overcome - one of these days -

Hiker - You could also live closer - I'd let you do all the cooking - I'll do the shopping(and mind you I hate shopping) if you give me the list -

Oh - I came up with a couple of humerious saying - one is I have very safe shoulder and neck(they are all locked up) and did you know there are two types of hard bodies - one with healthy muscels and mine full of knots - corny I know but you burn more cal. laughing then crying and its more fun -

I went to pilates/yoga class this morning. Its 45 min. of relaxing, healthy me time. I have to work tonight, supper is all packed...a can of new light campbells mushroom and barley soup with a chicken and artichoke whole grain lite hot pocket. I have fruit and yogurt for dessert.

Carol I second that soup sounds good reply and I also will have to look for some when I go to the store -

I had seasoned baked chicken breast no fat added - sm. baked potato with 1 pat of butter and 2 tbl. low fat low cal. sour cream - cooked fresh carrots with mrs dash seasoning - Pretty good hugh - well then hubby just had to have a piece of cake so yes me too - I did keep it pretty small anyway -
