Hi All, my name is Amanda, I'm 35 yrs old, I have 4 boys, 14, 6(twins), and a 4 month old. I live in Washington state, about 45 minutes south of Seattle.

I was told that I need to lose 110 lbs. Whoa!! That hit me hard. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been weighing in alittle over 250 lbs. I'm not hating myself, or questioning why or how I let myself get like this, I already know the answers, now I'm just looking forward to losing it and living a healthier lifestyle.

I have just joined this and am sure I will meet great positive individuals, and look forward to hearing from you. Let's do this!!

I just wanted to wish you good luck.
I am 35 also but only have half as many children! LOL I have 2 boys 2.5 and 17. I got the best of both worlds right now!! Teens and terrible 2s! They can both be pretty horrible, but are great kids none the less!
I just posted about needing ideas for when you are completely exhausted from waking up with a baby every night. If you need ideas, I can pass them on to you.
And if you have any, can you pass them on to me?

Hi Ladies-

Thanks for the response. It's really nice to hear that people are in my same shoes. This weekend was a bit hard, I was suppose to go to meet one of the counselors over at Bally Fitness, and well I woke up late. I feel a bit guilty, but then again he was a little pushy. I'm soo ready to start, but I can't have someone push me so fast...I'm taking baby steps. Anyway, again nice to hear from you. Hope all is going well with the both of you!!

Amanda

I live outside of Puyallup (hence I attend Bally's there). I am 35 and work on the East side. So I have a long commute everyday (a little more then 100miles round trip). I do try to go to Bally's 5 times a week. I take a few classes and meet with a trainer at least once. I would be willing to buddy up with someone if you live in my area. I have about 90 pounds to lose.

The weight lose for me is just a number. I have a mental body image I would like to achieve. However, I can not convey that you so the magic tangible number is 90 pounds at this time. I have an agressive timeline. I need to be 50 pounds down by July. I want to wear a tank top and be confortable with myself at the NHRA races help at Pacific Raceway at the end of July. I hope it does ot rain this year agian :-)
