After about 2 hours of screening me and collecting my info, I was told I didn't qualify and was told to leave without any compensation. Is there anything I can do or am I just out those 2 hours of my life.

Unfortunately you didn't actually participate in the trial, which is why you were not compensated. Clinical trials are not meant to be sources of income. The amount of compensation (if any) is calculated to reimburse you for your time, travel, etc while actually enrolled in the study.
