I have been exercising at least 4 days a week and sometime twice a day. My problem is I have not changed the way I eat. I still try to eat stuff that I know I should not have.......But, I dont know how to replace the bad stuff with good stuff.....I know I need to but everytime I try, I defeat the purpose. I know I dont want to give up on myself. Because If I do then I feel like who will care. The careing has to start within me.Well, when will the caring start.........what am I doing wrong......
