Check out www.stemcellpioneers.com - there is a Neurology thread with a CP discussion. But there may also be people who have been to that clinic for treatment for other problems. It's a great place to find unbiased opinions of clinics all around the world from people who have actually been there (without having to rely on the clinics own testimonials).
