Dehydration, pelvic floor dyssynergia...bio-feedback therapy and GP

Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't been on here for a long time. I missed you guys. I have been back and forth to the hospital. But anyways...I was wondering if anyone is having problems with dyhydration. I CAN NEVER seem to get hydrated and the doctors don't really seem to care and they don't think it's a big deal. In fact IT IS A BIG DEAL!!!! I remember someone said to get a sitz marker test and a ARM (Anal-rectal manometry) and it turns out my muscles contract instead of relax. I am wondering if this is why I am dehydrated all of the time. I urinate ALL the time and I'm wondering if that's why I'm dehydrated!!! Has anyone heard of bio-feedback therapy? I have this therapy in 2 weeks. Anyways...does anyone have any ideas on how to keep hydrated. Everyone with GP knows that it's hard to drinnk a lot of fluids and I can't keep the fluids in me because I am using the restroom so much!! I am running out of ideas on how to keep hydrated!! Thanks everyone!!
