On the Jericho Road - In Need of Prayers

Hi! Just asking all of you to pray for my husband. He took ill last night; we went to the doctor this morning - he sent us to the ER because his blood pressure is so low, (systolic went down to 60 while we were in the office. I was there most of the day with him, and he was admitted - has a fever and no diagnosis. They said they were going to keep him overnight for observation, but when I left his temp was up to 101.5 (His normal is 97. and when he phoned, he said he wasn't allowed anything by mouth - that doesn't sound like an overnight stay, especially with the amount of blood they took from him. He was placed in the infectious disease unit - the same unit he was in when he had staph aureus bacteremia and bacterial endocarditis. He came through that nicely - it was about 10 or so years ago. He now has diabetes, and has had a mitral valve replacement. He is fully recovered from a CVA (a clot to the base of the brain)he had in 2004; it was thesametimehe was diagnosed with cancer. He has similar symptoms now, but they are milder. I wish I had the stamina to stay with him, but I'll trust the best Physician, my friend Jesus. Blessings! Elsa
