his defib/pacemaker was implanted in June 2009 when he was still at UCH after a chronic heart happened on April 2009......He had anoxia to his brain and heart which is why they waited soooo long....He was questioned by a neuro and passed the test.......and had the surgery......I asked the doctors this question and was told approx.. 5 years without a transplant /with the TBI which is getting better he is not a candidate right now.. Can anyone help with a possible answer for Billy....??thanks for your help......Sincerely Sophia.......
