69 yrs male from India,happily married for 43 yrs,with two sons and a grand son.I am an Engineer turned Executive retired.Had rheumatic fever at 12.At 53 breathing problem,CABG,Aortic+Mitral heart valves replaced with mechanical in 1993.In 2008 diagnosed AF,SSS,Brady-Tachycardia,PVC.Medtronics single lead pacemaker implanted in VVIR mode.Dizziness or light headedness at times at morning walk with burps 3 or 4 miinutes only, becoming normal on continuing walk.Difficult to control INR range.
