I know it has been awhile since I wrote. last time I was taking a trip to ft Worth with my brother to c family n Dalllas aquarium. had a great time, but my back was hurting by the time I got back. Went to the ER n spent 4 hrs on my back with IV , morphine n nausea meds. I finally gave into hospice that evening so I could just go home n they would check n be. I was holding out 4 the electric wheelchair. but was so tired of the pain. WELL turns out to be the best decicion I ever made (God knows what is good 4 us, even if we don't). The y have been here every other day to check on me n Guess what, I got my electric wheel chair n e ways. since I had applied 3 wks before that. I got sick again with another "spell". This time much worse, Lasted 5-6 days, in bed, dry heaving, could harly take a bath, Severe pain, nausea, chills then sweating. Hospice was here every day, changing my meds, to c if something would work, Finally ended up with shots for nausea n liquid morphine..Every 4 hrs round the clock. My friend had to spend the night a couple that my husband had to work although he did take off that 1st night, it scared him as much as me. They said it is pain induced nausea. I recieved flowers, food, calls, cards, n many heartfelt words). I am so blessed to have so many God-given friends. U all inspire me. My friends even came over to hang pics up, since it was freshly painted n cleaned up my room that I spent so much time in n was literally making me sick, cause I was tired of it. I realize n thank God for all u n the way u inspire ME !! God Bless !
