Long day today. 5 1/2 hrs at the cancer center. Blood work show WBC taking a beating and RBC 2.97. I'm anemic so they gave me a shot of Aranesp. The oncologist is concerned about my peripheral neuropathy which has started already. He says it shouldn't happen until after treatment has ended. He wants to re-evaluate me next week. I'm on taxol/carbloplatin. I'm really bummed out tonight. I want to complete the whole treatment!
Any of you had this happen?
