I am post mast. and chemo., premenopausal(was) and should begin tamoxifen. A friend of the fam. who is an older obgyn said i should start Evista instead of Tamoxifen and stay on it until I am 60. That way I would not have to worry about the increased risk of ovar. cancer and ut. cancer? Has anyone else received this advice? I would also avoid the hormone inhibitors I was told I would go on following the Tamoxifen.
