Can anyone tell me how skin mets look like for breast cancer.
I am a 4-1/2 yr breast cancer survivor. I have a small red bumpy itchy patch on my upper chest. this is the same side that I had a mastectomy.
I probably should get it checked, but I don't want my summer ruined. I don't know if I can do it all again. I have too many plans this summer. I don't know if I want to put my family through all this again.
What do you think?
please get this checked. unfortunately we (cancer patients) don't have the luxury of waiting on anything. it truly may be nothing but if it is (you mentioned you don't want want to put your family through this) well, if it is something and you wait unfortunately your family 'could' be put through more and honestly you too. so please get checked.
Thank you for your note. I am seriously considering having it looked at. I guess I am really scared. If it doesn't clear up within a week, I'll see about getting it looked at.
If anyone has had skin mets or IBC what does it look like when it starts.
Just wanted to let you know, it's not cancer. I have shingles. Unbelieveable, how would have thought!
I am glad that I had it checked, but I was really scared. I had my funeral planned, I was that scared.
