My mother in law just went through 7 hours of surgery and we found out that she has a very rare type. I can not tell you for sure the name. Something like Serous CA of the uterus but not the papillary type the deno type? They did a full hysterecotomy but were told that they could not remove all the cancer because she would have more complications. Anyone know anything about this cancer? She had some pain and knew something was not right but she had no postmenapausal bleeding. She is a very active 59 year old and we are just shocked at the severity considering she only complained of pain above her intestines.

Thank you,
Jessica
