Every morning I get up and fix a big mug of coffee and then sit down at the table and read my emails, Inspire etc. Today I spilled the whole mug and fortunately had a full box of tissues to immediately clean it up.
The problem was my reaction. I completely broke down. Every morning with my arthritis it hurts so bad to get out of bed. I can barely walk even using my walker and I can't straighten up my back. I make coffee and it hurts so bad to stand in the kitchen. ... and its instant coffee friends....!
My pain is over the top at times and mornings until I unstiff myself are so hard.......I guess I wrote this because I realize that some days or mornings as it be, I just can't cope here. The pain has me by the throat and I don't know what to do. Oh, before coffee, I take two arthritis strength pills(tylenol) and in a couple hours I will take a hydrocodone so I can walk and maybe leave my apartment for a little.
Well, I feel a little better..Venting is always so good. Thank God I am not judged here! I would then have no idea what to do!!!!
I am going to the kitchen for another try at the coffee!
I just hate the pain!!
