1. CALLED ABOUT BLOOD TEST- THEY MESSED IT UP AND ARE RE DOING
2. TALKED TO DOC SEEMS AREA HE PICKED FOR BIOPSY WASN'T A GOOD ONE- I TOLD HIM THAT WHEN HE WAS CUTTING A CHUNK OUT OF MY ARM
3. DOC SAID HED CALL IN MY FIRST SCRIPT...THEY FORGOT
4. GOT TO WALMART TO GET SCRIPT FINALLY CALLED IN AND - WALMART FORGOT 1 OF THE 2
IT GOT MESSED UP IN THIER SYSTEM
