Jan, this is a great website! I am impressed with all the information that is compiled here. I am giving this a "recommendation" so new people or those otherwise interested can continue to locate it.
Before anyone adds any of these natural supplements to their regimen, a doctor should be consulted, in my opinion. Just my opinion! However, there is a wealth of natural remedies to reference here.
Thanks, Jan!
Where can I get Maitake? Is it sold as a supplement?
I seem to recall Lynda (ish) mentioning that she takes a supplement of maitake. Maybe we can get her input on this.
Someone mentioned you can get the maitake tinture at Vitamine Shoppe. You could give that a try.
