BCG #3 going better! :-)

0 Recommendations

I'm happy to report my body is handling the third BCG treatment better than the first two. Thank you all for your words of support and your prayers that things would ease up for me. They worked! :-)

Much less fatigue and the muscle and joint aches have eased up. I am presently a happy person, though well aware that this treatment has its ups and downs and that often the last three treatments are tougher. So I'm trying to stay prepared for whatever may come next, but for now am very grateful for a respite. -Jan

Jan,
Thanks for letting us know your BCG is going better for you. I have been waiting to hear from you on how the third treatment went. Did they reduce the dosage? Praying the rest of the treatments go well and you get Bladder Cancer Gone results!
Tamlin

Hi Jan, wonderful to hear that you are not having such a bad time of it with the third. Am sending up praises.

Memi

Thanks to all of you for cheering me on! :-)

No, they didn't reduce the dosage. I'm not sure why this one was easier, but I'm very grateful. -Jan

Maybe it is partly the acupuncture I'm getting. I'm posting a longer message about that.

Jan -
Whatever it is that's making it easier - hope it lasts!!

Jan, this is the best news i've heard all day! Maybe your body just needed some time to adjust to this treatment.

It could certainly be the acupuncture. I know some people are skeptical, but there are many others who
who are convinced of it's benefits! At least it can't hurt to try. I anticipate reading your post about it.

Now, we hope to see more good reports in the future!

Hi Jan
That is great news. Hopefully 4 through 6 will stay this way. Thanks for the update as I was very concerned for you, after the 1st 2 treatment side effects.

Hi Jan,
That is good news, and best of luck with the 3 remaining. I too was a bit concerned they might have to reduce dosage, or discontinue all together with your first two treatment side effects.
Take care,
Kyle

Hi Jan,

So glad this one was better! Here's hoping they continue to be easy for you.

Lynda
