Hello all, Yes, BCAN.org, the foundation that provides this online community has all this information at your fingertips. Go to the home site (or click on the BCAN link in the upper righthand corner when you are in the BCAN group postings) and thoroughly check it out. Click on every topic/icon and learn all about this foundation. It's a wealth of information for us. In the FAQ section, you can learn all the names/terms and conditions, stages, treatment options, and etc. The site is full of resource information for us. Make a point of learning all about this site. It is the provider of this online community which is so vital to us all. Inspire is only the vehicle BCAN chose to use to facilitate the community.
I have also joined UROtoday.com and have signed up for bladder cancer alerts (e-mail notices). This site is provided by the urology medical community and is sometimes technical, but for the most part, I understand the reports that are relevant to me. When you join, which is free, you state your topic interests for the alert notices.
Hope this helps everyone.
While you are searching the site, see if you can find my story. I'm one of the Karen's.
