I am going to keep this short, still feeling all the drugs from today. Had my TURBT and they looked into my remaining kidney and urator today at Vanderbilt Cancer Center, Dr Cookson said everything went well and that they removed a lot of material. I asked if they were going to have to remove my bledder, his awnser was that he did not feel that I was a "candidate for that", I am not sure what was meant by that but my wife feels it was a positive thing. We will head home in the morning insread of for work, they left me with a cathetor this time. I will know more by Friday, once the pathology is back.
Thank You for all the Prayers and Best Wishes. Will post again when I know more.

Good luck Ron.

Ron,

I went home with a "party bag" after my restage also...not fun. But, the time with it passed pretty quickly. I was really scared when it came time to take it out---but, following the instructions, it was easy. Thanks for the update. Please keep us posted on your pathology reports.

Lynda

Ron,
Glad to hear that the TURBT is over and that you are home. Know that this beautiful sunny(LOL) fall weather will perk up your spirits. At least the leaves are changing and are pretty. Let us know about your report.
Hugs,
Nancy

Glad you were able to post. And happy for the good news. Rest up and recover. All the best

Each step along the way brings you to decisions on your options. Good to know the TURBT is done. Pathology is next.
TLC for the next few days while you recover from the surgery. The cath is your friend just now. Remember that.

Glad the TURB is done. Waiting for the reports is the hard part. But hope all goes well.
