A fairly new symptom for me is burning in the nose. It is not constant but until yesterday I have had no clue as to what has been causing it except when my nose is dry.
Yesterday I was sitting next to my daughter in church. She put on some skin lotion and my nose started burning shortly after. Most of the time I am at work when my nose starts burning. I plan to become more aware of odors around me and try to connect the dots.

Try an OTC nasal gel called Ayr. Works like a charm for me. Hope that helps.

Try Ayr Saline Nasal Gel with Aloe Vera.
Work great and my nose doesn't burn and I breathe easier.

There is an OTC gel from Ocean. There are also prescription ones, including Mupirocin (staph killer) that are great for open sores.
