Need Cool Mist Humidifier

Am looking for a room-sized COOL MIST humidifier that actually puts out enough mist that you can see it! I bought two but when I put my hand about 3 inches above the nozzle, it does not get damp. I can feel the air but not the moisture.

Wondering if anyone can recommend a really good one, and hope to find one with the 'gadget' that keeps from putting too much moisture into the air.

Suggestions, anyone?
