I was diagnosed with N.A.S.H. recently and need help on what to do to keep my liver healthy. A new diet plan to go by. Any help would be appreciated.

How successful has Prednisone been for anyone out there. I've been on this for 2 weeks now with lack of sleep and trying to find a healthy diet. Help from anyone.
