LC is a lonely disease to have

it's been 6 months since my initial dx of nsclc adenocarcinoma, which then metastisized to my brain. So after have my ULL removed, then a large tumor in my brain removed, all within 2 months of each other. Now I can't drive anymore, still am having balance problems, and my husband can only take off so much work to cart me around to dr visits. Everyone has their own lives to live, which I get, but I sure do get lonely. and need someone to talk to. I think I need to get a therapist/counseor, to help me deal with cancer. I'm sure there is some on-line guide to the emotional well-being of a cancer patient but don't know where to look for it. Any help will be welcomed.
