Meds for agitation

My wife is 56 years old and seems to have recently slipped from moderate stage to later stage Alz. It's become very difficult to find anyone who is able to take care of her because she's so agitated that she paces endlessly and can't focus on a task at all. She can't sit still and I'm so worried that if this gets worse I'll have no way to take care of her at home. Does anyone out there have any medications that have worked in this instance? We started her on 25 MG. of Serequel but that doesn't seem to do much except make her really tired. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
