I Lost My Daddy Today

After 86 years, my daddy came to know Jesus on August 26, 2012. Today at 3:47 p.m. he went home to be with Jesus. I am full of joy knowing that my daddy is now in the presence of our loving, merciful, Father. Thank you Lord for loving us so very much. Thank you to all of you for your prayers and support. You have helped me through all of this. Blessings to you and yours as you proceed through this journey together. God has you in his hands.

God bless you and your family. I lost my father 7 years ago and was privileged to be with him when he passed. I know he is waiting for me in heaven when my time comes. I am sure your strong faith helped him on his journey. Your in my prayers.

How wonderful it is to know that he gave his heart to Jesus and is now in heaven in his presents. I lost my father back in June. it is a comfort to know he is also with our heavenly father. I miss him but I know I will see him again. My prayers are with you and your family.

How precious is the Power of Jesus! You touched my heart with your post. I lost my Momma 7 yrs ago on September 25th. There's not a day that I do not miss her, but know that she and the Lord are planning the homecoming for my Dad and I. Momma had Alzeheimer's for many years, but died 10 days after suffering a massive stroke.

You're in my heart and prayers...

Kay

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

While I am sorry that your daddy passed, you could not have better news knowing that he came to know the Lord and now will be at the right hand of the Father looking down on you! I pray God's grace upon you as you go thru the grieving process.

I am so sorry for your loss, but it is good to know that he is in heaven with our Father. I was with my Dad as well when he passed over 10 years ago. I know he is in a much better place. He will be waiting for my Mom and me to follow him some day. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

You are in my thoughts and prayers as well. What a comfort it is to know that your dad made his peace with and came to know Our Lord before leaving this earth. God bless you and your family and I pray for strength for you in the coming days .

I am so sorry for your loss Lynn Anne. I know how hard it is to lose a parent, but you know he is in a better place and no longer dealing with the cruelty of AD. In God's hands he no longer suffers but is free from all the pain and agony of his earthly body. May God grant you and your family peace as you grieve your loss.

Praise be to the Lord, that your father had the time to make that choice. My husband has suffered with AD for 7 years now, but our church is one place where he is very comfortable. I know that in his mind, he is right where God wants him to be on Sunday mornings. Yes some Sundays are diffcult to get him going, but once I say, we will be late for church if you don't get going, he will suddenly have clarity for a very few moments. My heart goes out to you in your lose, but praise in your fathers gain.

Thank you all for your prayers, concern, and love. I miss my daddy so much but praise God that he is now resting in the arms Jesus. Matthew 18:3 says, "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven". God truely does use all things. <><

No more tears,no more pain...it's wonderful he came to know the Lord in time.
I'm not sure that my Dad and sister did, it's hard wondering if I will see them again, but we don't know what happens in those last moments. Your Dad is in such a wonderful place of COMPLETE healing now,God Bless.

Preciouscargo1,
