I'm 58 and looking for answers to solve my suite of problems. Some are worse than others but taken together they are really limiting.
I have osteoporosis with a loss of height and one really weak hip. I have nerve pain in my arms that has really put me out of work. I'm a potter and the weakness and numbness are real problems for me, not to mention the chronic pain. Ditto with the carpel tunnel syndrome in both wrists. I have nerve pain and arthritis in my hands. Argh!
I also have plantar fasciitis, which makes walking any length of time impossible for me. And, Just to make things interesting, I have only one kidney so NSAIDs and a host of other helpful drugs are contraindicated for me.
Less than 10 years ago I was in great health. What the hell happened? Oh, yeah - menopause! Though I've tried lots of things so far, any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
