I was able to get rid of most of my hot flashes after a friend recommended progesterone. Then another friend referred me to a company that has a couple supplements I tried that nipped the rest of the hot flashes in the bud. One is called SoySentials and the other is called ReversAge, which also has resveratrol in it. For me, the ReversAge worked the best for my hot flashes and also helped me sleep so well.

It is by referral. My friend referred me, so if you contact the company, they will ask who referred you. You can tell them I referred you, and give them my customer number which they call an RCN number. Then they will give you your own customer number if you decide to try the product.

One product for hot flashes is Progest E, also progesterone or pregnenolone. I was on Tamoxifen and had hot flashes from this medication so the Onc. put me on a low blood pressure med. Within a month no more hot flashes. If you have any type of cancer, however, you need to check with the dr. as some of these products interfere with the cancer meds.
