I am a 26 year old from Louisiana who has a brother suffering from ALS.. This is his 3rd year and he is declining fairly rapidly... It is very sad to see someone who was so active become so helpless... It seems there are new breakthroughs being made and i hope that somehow he can pull through until a breakthrough works...
