flat and ridged nails

I know that some one in this room or one of the chat rooms that I go into asked about ridged finger nails, they even included a photo of one of their nails. Does any one have a similar problem. I know that I have ridges in most of my finger nails and most or them are flat too. I also have flate toe nails.
Any one have this problem. I know that the Cleveland Clinic checked my nails way back when.
