Water helps diet issues, arthritis, and most bodily functions and digestion is huge in this area also. Get a good filter (they come in all sizes, get a Point of Use filter that removes down to at least 0.5 micron, 0.1 is better still and add an activated charcoal filter for chlorine removal) and get the chlorine out to make water more appealing and healthful. Chlorine sanitizes water but it is a poison to our system. Other impurities are in there also so use filtration to make it the water of life as it was intended.

Remove sodas, especially DIET drinks and fluids that have replaced water in your dietary intake. ALL Diet sodas are not your friends, they cause you to crave junk foods. Phosphoric acid in these drinks also cause your system to become acidic and the perfect climate for disease to thrive in, lose the sodas before we lose you.

If you smoke STOP!!!

Now drink water warm to be able to get as much as you can and keep this to as high a level as you can take. You will be able to increase as time goes by and you will see much improvement and weight loss if you do this as a rule and not the exception. Make a committed effort and you will see results.

Read my journals. Eating starts metabolism. Eat small all day long (6-8 times) and your stomach will shrink, of course eating small so as not to expand this organ. The larger the purse the more stuff you can put in there, keep the purse small.
Eat as early in the day as you can, breakfast starts metabolism. Digestion happens at body temperature, cold water will only cause you to have indigestion. We don't want to make you sick.

All drugs taken by mouth are formulated by drug companies to absorb 20%, just the same as your digestion efficiency rate. 80% of nutrition and fat goes out of the body. (Who knew this?) Starting metabolism (burning calories) as long as possible will help to lose weight. Add water and apples to control the desire to eat and bulk up the system reducing desire for food and you will not have a difficult time with desire for food. Don’t make this hard to do and it will be so simple you will wonder what the problem was with gaining control of your desire for food. Avoid junk food, alcohol, soda, coffee or ANY type of diet drinks. They cause you to desire junk foods!!! These are things I have learned on my own due to my want for information and I offer it to you for no cost, just a desire to have a healthy society and world. When you get clean water you will be very surprised to learn it is actually very delicious and desirable. Most of us are dehydrated on a chronic basis. When your body gets adjusted to the amount of water your body needs you will do this as a habit and desire clean water always. The body is only 70-80% water, and you can live many days/months without food, but only 7 days without water. How important is water to you? Do you get 7-8 glasses of water a day?

Warm water allows you to drink more water at one time, with cold you need to stop and warm up the esophagus. Cold water also stops digestion. Drink it warm, we add lemon to get rid of the chlorine smell. GET RID OF the chlorine! Chlorine is poison to our system.

I am not perfect by any stretch, I have learned much in my time on the planet and feel it important to share what god has given me with others that might need to ask and get information to help to guide them. Most diet plans out there are money-generating vehicles.

Eat small to stop hunger pangs and NOT till you are satiated or bloated. You will be amazed at how this works!

If the water you are getting is clean and pure it is amazing the desire it has to want to drink it at any temperature. Filters do get blocked up and it can be sort of nauseous tasting if not cold and tasteless. You have just gotten a wake up call… get the filter checked. Your Liver is your filter you get one in this life for free. Don't make your body do what you can buy for cheap money, think if you could buy a NEW Liver, what it would cost never mind the cost to install it???

If you are getting enough water and you become weak it may be that your salt levels are dropping. Salt tablets are available and we took them as football players on hot days to keep our electrolyte levels up. You can simply add salt into your diet with the shaker to check to see simply if it helps with dropping energy levels.
