I worked very hard chopping and splitting wood working and perspiring heavily working with my dad in NH. I now recognize how I did not keep well hydrated for the level of sweating I was causing in myself. I got some rest overnight and now see I did not get a large drink of water before bed. Left for work the next morning after breakfast and drove 3 hours to MA. At the end of the drive I began to feel my low back slowly tighten. This is when I grabbed my water bottle and took several large slugs of water. I could begin to feel the tightness begin to let go and until it was all gone and back to normal. I kept well hydrated all day and had no further problems in this way.
