I am allergic to cheese, milk , cold cuts, msg. After I eat it I get a bad headache within minutes. Also my sinuses start to throb, feels like they are closing and are so painful. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Yes, I too have had those symtons as well. My Dr. put me on Singular once a day. I also eat only soy products
since I am alergic to all milk products. As far as your sinuses go I would try a nose spray over the counter. I wish you well.
