Two questions

The first question is this. Does anyone else have problems with taking Benefiber. When I take it, I get tons of gas and spend a lot of time in the bathroom with the runs and regular movements. What do the rest of you use for fiber? I eat really well and wholesome food, but nothing seems to help. I know I'm supposed to add extra fiber but can't seem to find a good balance. Today I didn't take any extra fiber with my cereal and I've had the runs twice. Yikes!

The other question is: how do the rest of you cope with the many trips one has to make daily to the bathroom with stomach problems. I feel sort of tied down to the house with this and see no end in sight. All suggestions on how you cope with this are welcome.

Thank you.

B. Good :)
