Has anybody have surgery for gerd? I have gerd and gastroparesis. My Dr. wants me to have surgery to tighten the valve to my stomach. He said it is weak and the only way to stop the pain and heartburn is to have surgery. They take your stomach and wrap it around the esophagus. If anybody has had this did it work?
