Found a great gluten free bread

There was a news story on tv today, they were talking about a new company called UDI's They make gluten free products like bread, rolls, even cinnamon rolls. This was of interest to me because my mother suffered with celiac disease and we had tried rice bread and spelt bread before she passed. I tryed both and the spelt bread was good the first day after that it got an odd taste to both of us. Anyway I went to the store for water and bread, and I looked it up, UDI's bread is expensive but I bought it . I made a sandwich with it and not only does it look and act like regular bread, it tastes great. So for my fellow sufferers with gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, you might try it and let us know what you think. Most important how it worked with your tummy Gina
