anybody or you cant understand my question? jeje sorry about my english!!

Cha,
You already have my answer to your question I think but wanted to respond anyway,
I don't know that anybody who goes to Mayo for gastroparesis leaves cured but I personally left with hope. First, I was checked head to toe, inside and out and felt they were looking at the whole of me not just my stomach. I found it reassuring to be examined so throughly because then I knew they weren't over-looking something because the doctor is only worried about one part of my body.
I felt like for the first time that a GI doctor really listened to me and believed there was a real problem.
He was honest and up front, told me that diagnosing the problem was as hard as treating it, but, since at this point there is no perfect medication to treat motility problems, that we would work to control the symptoms until there was a new medicine available.
He had me see other departments at Mayo for the other problems such as the migraines and urinary tract problems, then he along with those doctors worked to find the best treatment plan.
Of course, we all may have different experiences at Mayo. Part of it depends on the doctor we see too. I just was very lucky and got a great one.
Plus, after testing they had identified why I was having some symptoms that no one could explain before and by that were able to have new ideas for treatment.
So, I wouldn't say going to Mayo will cure you unless they find out a new cause for your gastroparesis...but I think you have a very good chance of getting some much needed answers and some help in treating your problems.
