I'm looking at buying ginger tea bags and quite a few have lemon grass in them. I can't tolarate lemon juice/citrus (acid reflux). I was wondering if it would be a good idea to avoid lemon grass too?
Thanks! Regi

The ginger is supposed to help with reflux, I know it does with mine, so I wonder if it would cancel out? I would say it was worth a shot if reflux wasn't so bad. I know when mine hits it's horrendous.
The one that I use does not aggravate my reflux at all, it is byTraditional Medicinals, Organic Ginger Aid. It has lemon myrtle in it, an alternative to lemon grass apparently, but it comes from some tree in australia. All I can tell you is so far it is working for me, for helping with the nausea and reflux. Don't know how well it is working with getting my stomach going yet.
Thanks for your input. I'll check that eat out. Regi
I use Three Leaf tea I order through Amazon. It's just ginger.
