Hi, all.
Since my GP diagnosis about six weeks ago, I've been doing pretty well with the new diet. I haven't intentionally eaten any forbidden foods, although the other day when my husband made me a sandwich on kaiser roll, I discovered after two bites that the roll had sesame seeds. Yikes!
HOWEVER, for nearly my whole life I have skipped breakfast, often not eating until 2 p.m. I behaved very well for the first few weeks with the GP, now I find that I cannot force myself to eat in the morning, not even a smoothie or nutritional supplement.
Any suggestions? Thanks ever so much.
