Cancer Constipation Adoption Diarrhea

I'm so sorry for what you are enduring at such a young age. I don't have the same problem but I can tell you that, not having been able to have children, adoption is a tremendous gift. Since childbearing was one of the things you mentioned, I had to say something, if only to provide some small sense of comfort.

I wish you the best of luck, good health, expert health care people, and the support of others on this website who can share more about your specific situation.

Hi, I am sorry you are having to face so much at such a young age. My father had a portion of his colon removed as did my daughter, not for cancer, but other problems. They had a diarrhea for a short period of time but then managed to get it under control and very seldom had any more problem with it. I hope this will help your fears regarding this. The system is shocked at first and will react either with diarrhea or constipation, but will eventually over time even itself out. We are wonderfully made and the body has these wonderful abilities to adapt. I hope this encourages you.
