Veggie protein dip
1/3 c. milk
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix or vegetable soup mix
Blend in zucchini chunks
Use whole wheat or glutton free crackers.
Adding a raw egg to blended mix will add extra protein to your daily diet. Once mixed whether it is a fruit shake or veggie dip, you will not even taste it, but your body will appreciate it.
