I know the stress of waiting for the results of these scans is simply awful. Hopefully, it will be clear. But, if it is not clear, then you take the next step. A good life can still go on. I (like a few others on this board) have recently found out about brain mets. Two days ago I had SRS (stereotactic radiosurgery) to zap them. I went to work the day after and I am working again today. I feel fine and start chemo along with tykerb which is supposed to pass the blood brain barrier. Are you her2+?

Scanxiety surely DOES sum up the feelings, doesn't it? Glad the alligator didn't have as many teeth as originally thought, Curlee. One of the reasons I adore my treatment place is the immediate turn around with test results...I don't leave until I get the results presented to me by my onc.
