Even if you have not yet aborted, consider these contacting these resources. They have people who can tell about their experiences with abortion. They can also put you touch with resources to help you, your family and pregnancy if you want that.
If you read a lot of the entries in this discussion, you see that most of the posts here are from people who regret or are sad about their decision. That should tell you something. Even in difficult circumstances, I don't know anyone who has been sad about choosing life for her child.

I have had an abortion. I have/am suffering dearly for it. Now I will start there are very specific reasons now after that fact that I would consider/suggest an abortion. 1. addictive drud addict, prostitute
2. the woman knows 100% she couldn't wouldn't take care of the baby and/or she will abuse it.. And only if drugs or alcohol are also involved to cause extreem defect. (please talk to doc about how much drugs/alcohol consumed BEFORE considering abortion.) Because adoption is also an answer.
3. Incest because of high risk of defects.
If these things don't apply, I will tell you the reasons/resources I could of had instead of having an abortion.
1. The amount of drugs and alcohol I consumed most likely would have caused any damage as long as I stopped
2. Life will become harder but you life became harder with all your children right? However the joy far out weighed that right? As for money now a days it is almost finacially better to be a single mom. Many many government programs/subsities available.
3. If you are already questioning it, looking for answers, then in your heart you know that it isn't right for you.
4. A woman who has decided/has had an abortion without wondering at all is the ONLY women that will be able to live in peace after
5.Would you feel shame or embarrased if your friens or family found out? If yes, then don't. This is my oppinion, the choice is still yours. Good luck and please mesage me all you want. Hug Meow
