3 wks since my last entry and another 5 lbs kicked to the curb. i can almost taste 1-derland.
had a few setbacks since but managed to not let it go for more than a day which still surprises me.
although i've cut back on sugary snacks, i do allow for indulgences in moderation as long as i still have room in my calorie range for that day. if not...it's eat a fruit instead and i'm ok with that.
portion control is also a must and i stop eating when i feel full even if there's still food left in my plate.
relying on my measurements, how my clothes are fitting and how i feel overall. no more letting a stupid number on the scale determine my self worth or state of health.
not on any particular "diet" or "eating plan". just doing what works for me, dumping what isn't and finding a balance in all things.
