I am 23 years old and about 80 lbs over weight. I have really stated to get serious about getting heathier ever since my father was diganosed with type 2 diabetes wich he contracted from overweight. He makes the 3 person in 10 years in our family to be diagnosed with this disease. So I am hoping for ...
