This is the start of week 2 of my journey. Already, I have failed. I did not stick to my meal plan today, and I did not exercise. Tomorrow starts a new work week and since I am going back to work on Wednesday, I am going to start anew. I am down 7 pounds, but this is usually when I end up quitting. I can't usually get below 167 pounds...so I am already starting to feel insecure. I'll check back tomorrow and let you know how I am doing.

I wonder if writing down what you eat may help,,,everyday after your meal,make a journal,its like seeing whats going in,,,,,,and the realization of the picking at things,,,snacks,,,I am going to try that,,,I start tomorrow,good luck this week,drink alot of water..thats hard for me,but its a big help...ginger
