I i had my sca on dec22-08,i died for 1min47secs, no troubles prior , had a full stress test in sept , dont drink dont smoke, not over weight , Not known to me was a narrow main artery, my heart under duress went into an arythmier at 6,50, pm , it made me ill , my wife got the ambulance to our house in 8 mins, were i was taken in , while in the emergency room amounst all the chaos a blood clot hit my little narrow artery and my world changed forever , it was a perfect storm , for me the staff ,and the drs were brilliant , they saved my life , if we had delayed , or waited i would not be here writing this , my cardiologist calls me her christmas miracle, i look at her and see my life, i,mstuggling with depression , as well as having to have my right knee replaced , so i,m quite medicated , my wife is a rock , and i feel so guilty about all this, this site is wonderfull , there is a lot of compassion here its afunny thing when you go through this , lonelyness , guilt feelings , etc,, i have a long way to go , this group will help me i,m so glad to have found it , i,m very lucky ,,

I know how you feel! I am thankful you and I both stumbled upon this site. These folks can provide a lot of support for newbies like us! We need a few shoulders to lean on right now. I am so glad we're both here!!!
