I had previously posted a message looking for a WD doctor near Bethlehem, Pa. I could easily get to NYC, if anyone knows of someone there. Philadelphia is far more difficult transportation-wise. I know of someone there, but public transit to Philly is awful.

Can you get to Greenwich Connecticut? It's not far from NYC. Dr. Michael Schilsky is there 1x/month.
I saw Dr. Schilsky once before he moved to Ct. He kept promising that he was going to still see patients in NYC, but that never happened. Truthfully, to me he doesn't inspire my trust the way that Dr. Sternlieb and Dr. Nacht did.
