Went to State for assistance

Well, I finished my appl for State Assistance and sat/stood/walked, etc... there for 3 hours. Now it hurts like *#&@*# !!!
The 'good news' is that I got a 'Pending Medical' slip so I could go see a doctor... The 'bad news' is I got a 'Pending Medical' slip.
Apparently their medicare is linked to SSD, and I haven't completed my application yet... So... If I get denied from SSD, I will get denied for the State Medicare. So I will have to appeal for both.
I did get a doctor appt for tomorrow, so I will finish typing up my medical/pharmacy report, so I can take it with me. I can never remember all the stuff that I need to write down on those intake forms!!!
My back, hips, and legs hurt soooo bad!!! and my stomach is

oh ladyforce, there is no way with all that you have going on that they can deny you anything........ do i have to go after them for you...you know i will.. (i do have an italian uncle and we really don't know his real name... if you get my drift....LOL ; )
i know its hard but maybe do a little research to make sure all your i's are dotted and t's are crossed. will keep you in my prayers and seriously since i do not sleep at night i will research stuff for you anytime! just drop me note and i will be there for you!
